Avatrim produces Herbal Treatment products along with a variety of herbal supplements, liquid formulas and capsule products. Avatrim has formulated its own highly effective line of herbal dietary.

It is our goal to provide retailers and vendors with the finest quality supplements ever made at wholesale prices barely above our manufacturing costs.

Avatrim Quality Control

Our raw materials have to pass strict quality controls before they are used in manufacturing process. In addition, we use only those materials that are of the finest quality and that completely pass our in house quality inspection.

1. All raw materials are tested for purity before the production.
Quality control engineers have the authority during any phase of production to reject any product that does not match our strict quality standards.

2. Manufacturing equipment is properly maintained and cleaned according to the predetermined schedule. This ensures the absence of any contamination during the manufacturing process and all the information is stored in company logs for review by the Department of Agriculture.

3. All personnel follow explicit written protocols that are strictly enforced during the manufacturing process. All steps during the manufacturing process are documented and reviewed by quality control specialists. Production records for each unit of a product, including all raw materials used, are filed for two years past the expiration date.

Further quality control is presented by:

Product analysis The records are being made for each product that is manufactured. The analysis contains the information about components of the herbal product, including a lot number for each of the ingredients, as well as the manufacturing methods used.

Raw materials These are delivered only by reputable wholesalers. Each raw material we use for our products comes with a Certificate of Analysis from the supplier. Our in house Quality Assurance personnel also check the raw materials for authenticity.

Packaging material All packaging materials come only from reputable suppliers. Quality Assurance specialists make sure that all labels and stickers are assigned to the right products to avoid any confusion. All new and original master labels are cross checked to ensure the absence mistakes during the printing process.

Lot Numbers Once we receive an order request, the herbal supplement to be produced is entered in the manufacturing logs and a lot number is assigned. The raw materials are used by pharmacy only after all products have been analyzed for authenticity.

Avatrim Manufacturing Guidelines

In addition to the aforementioned protocols, Avatrim Supplements observes the following manufacturing guidelines to guarantee the utmost quality control:

Blending and Granulation All equipment for mixing and granulation is checked by the Director of Operations prior to use. Raw materials are then inspected for the final time. The lots are then processed according to strict written guidelines for each herbal product. Following granulation and blending, blended powders are stored in special containers to secure freshness and to avoid any contamination. After that the Director of Operations checks if all new blends are labeled correctly.

Encapsulation and Compression Once a test has been performed on a unit, a sample is taken to Quality Assurance for comparison with retained samples in order to be sure of product integrity. As soon as the new unit gets approval by Quality Assurance, full line manufacturing may start. Quality Assurance inspects capsules in accordance with the set of protocols. Same as for the blending and granulation process, the capsules are stored in special containers to secure freshness and to avoid any possible contamination. The Director of Operations checks if all new capsules are labeled correctly.

Liquid products Liquids are produced according to the same strict protocols aforementioned for blending, granulation, encapsulation and compression.

Packaging and Inspection When processing is complete, the final product is checked once more by the Quality Assurance personnel. Damaged tablets and capsules and any other defective products are removed from the lot. Products checked by the Quality Assurance are either packaged for further storage or bottled and labeled for consumer use (labels have the appropriate information required by the Federal Drug Administration; batch numbers are logged). All finished products are properly labeled and closed with a tamper proof seal. The Quality Assurance department also keeps samples of raw materials for one year past the expiration date of the last product they are used in. The unit also stores samples of finished products for one year past the expiration date. These samples are kept under controlled conditions.

Final Products All final products are preserved in a climate controlled environment in conditions of quarantine prior to final delivery to the customer.

All Avatrim Supplements are produced using Good Manufacturing Practices of the US Federal Drug Administration. Moreover, both scheduled and surprise inspections by the Quality Assurance personnel during different stages of the manufacturing process help to guarantee the finest quality and purity for both the raw materials and the final production.
